A favourite animal


The autumn is passing quickly, the weather become colder and colder. You willingly stay at cosy home at presence of your exceptional guest, your cat. When you observe the flexibility of its movements you soon feel more relaxed and cheerful. The softness of the rose paws and hair can comfort you utterly. This is the very grateful being which can l lies on your knees purring for a long time while you are busy to do your work on your laptop. But a cat is an individualist and an opportunist, it rarely complies with its master and prefers decide on its own.

Not proper for Christmas, but advisable for distraction

Even though now is a moment favourable for rather light matters I’d like to share with you my interest for cinema of rather tough genre. Generally I prefer European movies but if I was asked to choose the American movies that impressed me the most I would choose:   Donnie Brasco,  Scarface Goodfellas, God Father . All titles mentioned before are linked by some features they treat: the   problem of mafia in USA, the stereotype of Italian family dedicated men, the playing of actors with Italian roots like: Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Marlon Brando, Joe Pesci. I have seen all these cinematographic masterpieces several times and they always get me involved. The problem of the mafia never gets older and what is terrifying, the mechanism of how it works is indestructible.   We can observe a model civils that takes wrong path and the cruelty of mafiosos. The rythym in caos

Tricolori , simbolo dell’Italia is sharing two of three colours with Polish flag. What else do we share with Italian? How do we differ? I’d like to show it on the examples of the traditional cuisine, food, eating habits. Morning When I wake-up in the morning one of the first think I do is to prepare caffetiera . I love waiting my coffee and listening the sound when it’s coming out, making characteristic a sound, it seems to saying me : Have a good day!. Traditional Italian coffee makes by moka or express is one of the most delightful things that exist (a bit of exaggeration, yes, but it is truth). In Italy coffee is basic for the breakfast, Italians take it with few biscuits or croissants, while   Poles do it during after- lunchtime hours. Walk

Walking is an activity I would recommend to everybody, to those who usually do sports which demand a lot of effort as well as to couch potatoes. When you stroll,   not only do excercise your body but you also activate your mind. As time allows, it is advisable to go out and observe the seasons changing, to perceive the scent of air and vagetation, to look the colours surrounding you. You are always free to choose wether you need  company, for your promenade. There are many of us who would choose walk a dog. Most  dogs do wanny walk by your side, but they tend to lead you. My dog, which was also my friend, was an exception. She used to follow me and at the same time bouncebl  kind of ball. This amusing image makes me smile when I amble these days. To benefit of a pleasant promenade it’s good to have a companion. Neverthelss, with or without your a dog, now is a time to leave the couch, skip the gym and feel the autumn atmosphere outdoors.
